Enjoy this nice easy drive along Rt 301 for as long as it lasts. Farther south they are starting to 4 lane the road all the way to the Turnpike. It should become another main thoroughfare for the Megopolis they are building called The Villages. At the rate of 300 new homes a month, just in Sumter County, no idea what the other 2 counties are doing, it won't take long to fill this road with traffic. The latest report I heard is that the Village's contruction is scheduled to continue for at least another 5 years. This will make the population greater than the city of Ocala. I had a long chat with Cheap Chester. I asked him if he had read the article about Geocaching in the Sunday paper. He said no. I really wanted to place a cache here. So, for the next 30 minutes I explained, in much detail, about Geocaching. He nodded and agreed with everything I said. When I asked him about placing a cache, he called another guy over and said to him, "I have no idea what he wants. You talk to him." So to make a very long story real short. I received permission from Chester. Now all you have to do is find it.
