The coordinates will take you to a new memorial to Keyser's Medal of Honor winner Ed Kelley.
The memorial contains a description of the brave acts performed by Ed Kelley during WWII for which he was awarded the Medal of Honor.
Read the memorial and note the date in which Kelley fought his last battle.
A=the one-digit month in which these acts occurred (Jan = 1, Feb = 2, etc.)
BC = the two-digit date of his final day of battle
Add ABC to the decimal portion of the latitude. (030 + ABC)
19DE = the year of the battle
Add DE to the decimal portion of the longitude. (234 + DE)
The final cache is hidden at the new coordinates.
