This cache is the first in a planned series of geocaches along the Deschutes River. The parking location is N 44 14.374 and W 121 15.073. Look for a cinder road access off Cline Falls Hwy. The posted coordinate will lead you to the first waypoint. Here you will find a dollar value. Add this amount to 580 and complete the North coordinate.

Find the film canister at the 2nd waypoint and the instructions will give Bearing and Distance to final cache location. A little compass work is always fun! Look for a large ammo box that is well hidden at ground level.
The first waypoint is a short hike from the parking coordinates. The beginning and final cache location have some elevation change and rocky terrain. Be cautious and sure-footed. The hike between the two waypoints follows a well worn path along the river. There is much to enjoy here; maybe time to cast a line in the water.
