The cache is in the hills above Alexandra in Central Otago.
I suggest that cars are parked beside what used to be the town reservoir as the track from there is a bit rough (believe me I’ve tried). 4WD can however get a little closer to the cache site. Either way it is only a short walk to the cache.
The cache is a 1 litre snap lock container and when hidden contained:

Owl to go on top of a pencil
