This cache is in Northwest Branch park. Coming from Rt. 29, the path is clear but rugged. You'll be scrambling over boulders in some stretches, but mostly it's easy, hard-packed dirt until you get close.
I played in this park as a child...and took my Cub Scout den hiking here 20 years later. The container is a medium-sized Rubbermaid, and the original contents are all puzzle-related as that's an interest of mine:
