The conservation area hours are from HALF HOUR BEFORE DAWN TO HALF HOUR AFTER DUSK.
Also listed on Navicache.com

This seems to be a new Boone County Conservation Area that is just starting to be developed. There is a sign and parking area, but that's about it. Look for a plastic 1.5 gal screw top container.
