The cache isn't at the above co-ordinates. They are for the parking lot. You have to figure out the puzzle to find the actual co-ordinates

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago there was an old man by the name of William Blot. William was a very stern and cruel old geezer who disliked many things, but most of all children. So much so that he collected all the toys in a hundred mile radius so that there wouldn’t be any toys for them. The children disliked William for what he had done and for that they called him Wacko Willy. Well when William found out about the name he decided to hide the toys. He placed all the toys into an ammo container and put it in a place that was so remote and secluded so that no one would ever be able to find it.

Being a very old man and having the odd seniors moment gave him no choice but to create a clue that only he new about in case he one day forgot the co-ordinates to where it was. He then took those co-ordinates and buried them deep down into the vast and endless World Wide Web so that the Polarbeardiggers, Gumpys, Pmclures or even the Queens of the Manitoba geocaching community would never be able to find it.

Only someone who was truly sharp and clever would be able to track it down, while others would give up when it was right in front of their noses. Are you up for the challenge?
