HHooligan: Now this really is a spot with no cache. This was a pretty crappy location so I'll be using the contents to create a better cache in a new location. (I.E. Terracaching.com) [;)]

Geocache Description:

A couple blocks from the McDonalds at Regal and the Old Palouse Highway.

There is a dead-end access road off the Old Palouse Highway that will put you almost on top of this one.

Trying to find a spot to hide Regular sized caches is getting harder and harder but here is a spot that was just begging for a hide. The area could use a little TLC/CITO.
