Geocache Description:

A new conservation area and footpath which is not on the map yet.

Park under the fir trees near St. Catherines Court, opposite the church (N 51°25.848 W 2°19.223). Walk north-west along the road for about 1/2 mile until you come to a junction. The start of the footpath is near here. The walk to the cache will take you up hill through a very old wood.

The cache is small but will hold calling cards. Cache contains a pencil, sharpener and log book.
NOTE: The hill is fairly steep (some say HUGE!) and can be very muddy in the wet (not suitable for pushchairs). Also parking in the area may be limited when the local church is occupied (Sundays - Weddings). Please advise in your log entry if you think my 'Difficulty' or 'Terrain' ratings need adjusting.
