This cache is located on the lyons gulch trail, which is located between lyons, and estes park, the parking is right at mile marker #8.
This cache is further up the trail from the liar @ Lions gulch cache ( GCM46X ). Bag two caches at once..
The cache is a small plastic container, hidden out of normal sight. The contents were as follows.. a small log, carabiener, a few stickers, a couple of coins, a plastic bank card ( junk mail credit cards), and a hide a key container..
The container is about 3"x4.5" in size and has a pinkish colored top, and a clear bottom.
I was geocaching with a newbee friend, when we placed it in this location..
It is a good family cache, and should be accessable a good portion of the year.
NOTE: wintertime bring warm clothing, extra food, water, and other outdoors supplies.. Never know when you might end up spending the nite outside..
Dont let the note scare you, thats just me reminding the city folks about nature in colorado..
