In the good old days, before people were lawsuit-happy, I'm sure we all remember finding a cool place like this and enjoying it.
Well, the world is a different place now, and if these people are forced into a lawsuit, they could lose it all, so have some CONSIDERATION about how nervous this family is every time someone steps onto their property.
