This is a nice quick virtual cache. We're listing this one because of the importance railroads played in the history of areas like this. Not many people seem to take the time to think about it these days but railroads played a huge part in the creation of cities and towns across the United States. This little depot is a nice marker to commemorate the railroad that once ran through this area breathing life into it and the surrounding communities.
