Combat Carl Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

pinkbison: Well, I went by to do some cache maintenance, and discovered that Carl has been trespassing for nearly a year and a half. When evelbastard and I placed the cache and assigned Carl to guard it, we had no idea we were on private property. When I got near the cache site, I noticed a "NO TRESPASSING" sign at the entrance of the access road, which has been blocked off with large timbers and gravel. I trespassed one last time to retrieve the cache and relieve Carl of his duties. I plan on reassigning him as soon as I find a good spot, but as for now, he is on leave and staying with me here in Burlington.
Thanks to all who visited. -pb

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a part of Wayne County where all roads seem to be dead-ends. But have no fear, Combat Carl will be looking out for you. Believe me, he will see you long before you will be able to see him. A 4X4 would be helpful, but it's not necessary. Once you are within 100 yards of the cache, take the path of least resistance. Make sure Carl is in position to greet the next cachers. The cache is a 4" x 6" Rubbermaid container.
