Forest Of The Flint Traditional Cache

The trailhead for Forest Of The Flint is located at N32°20.237 W84°01.745. Be sure to park here and follow the trail, otherwise you may end up on private land that may be a shorter route but more difficult. The trail is marked but is not complete and needs clearing in places. The nature area is beautiful and there are overlooks. Stay on the trail until after you pass nine. After you return to the trailhead be sure to drive to the lower level at N32°20.227 W84°01.831 and take a look at the river. Those cords are several hundred feet from the channel, but the river was high when the cache was placed. The lower level near the river is a good place to CITO.
Cache is a 50 caliber ammo can that initially contained: caribiner/compass; hot wheel car; sidewalk chalk; mini screwdriver set; Elvis Presley playing cards; 3 mini padlocks; 2 new Sharpies; Coleman zipper pull thermometer/compass; 8 in 1 hex wrench; magic towel; and Geocache lapel pin. Please trade evenly or upward.
