Geocache Description:

We only rated this a 1-1/2 terrain because you have to leave the sidewalk a little bit to reach the cache.

There's a little story behind this cache which was hidden in honor of my dad, James Hearron.
When he lived in Lake Havasu, he loved to walk down this beautiful trail. He would walk, with my mom, from the Aquatic Center all the way to the London Bridge and back. While walking, he would stop and read all the plaques on the trees that were dedicated to loved ones. When he died, we decided the perfect thing to do for him, was to dedicate a tree to him. The reason we named this cache LUCKY PENNY, is because he always had a lucky penny in his shoe. He would find them all over the place and put them in his shoes.
We put lots of "lucky pennies" in this small container. There is also a custom logbook & pen. And for the FTF, a special laser etched keyring.
Cache container is the size of a small bandaid box.
