Drixoral: Sorry folks, I went to verify the cache today after seeing pogan boys and untainted's recent misses... and it just ain't there. Apparently someone stole not just the contents but also even the container. Serves me right for using such high quality components, lol.

As untainted said, "BAH".

Geocache Description:

Wharton Brook State Park in Wallingford. Easiest access I-91 Exit 13. Swimming, fishing, some hiking trails.

This park is pretty wide open, lots of open fields and long views. The cache site itself is somewhat obscured. A bicycle can get within about 20 feet of the cache but its only about 2/10 of a mile from the parking lot (and closer in the summer when the side lots are open).

As of 11/29/05 the location has changed. The original location is no good for 2 reasons - it was too close to a popular fishing spot and having been muggled there once I didn't see the point of reloading in the exact same spot. Hopefully the new location, although still in the same area, will be more safe. You will still need to be subtle as you will be in view from public areas.

Cache is a rubbermaid type container, painted black, around 3 quarts in volume. I started it out well hidden, please make sure its well hidden when you leave it as well!
