Geocache Description:

At one point in time it seemed important to put a road through here but now there is just a sort of unofficial recreational trail. Situated on a road allowance that is no longer maintained your mode of transportation will depend on the weather, what you’re driving and your inclination. I prefer to walk.

From where you might park at the end of the maintained part of the road you’re looking at a 1.5 km hike to the cache and back. Be prepared to share the trail with ATVs, trail bikers both motorized and pedal, 4X4s, skidoos, cross country skiers and an abundance of wildlife when the homo sapiens aren’t around. If you follow this road long enough, it does actually go somewhere…hence the name.

You are looking for an old, plastic, peanut butter jar.
