At one time this trail was the first pioneer link between Shipman’s Mills and the biggest urban centre around, Perth. But times change and now its not considered important enough to maintain. It’s still one of the pretties landscapes around so grab your favourite girl or guy, hop into the car and let fly 
.
The route is still very passable in the summer. Winter transportation to the cache could take many forms, depending on the weather, the technology you are comfortable with and your inclination. From the end of the maintained road to the cache is about 1.3 km. You are looking for a 1 kg recycled peanut butter container.
