This cache is
located in the Cubihatcha Outdoor Center, part of the Henry
County Water Authority. It's on the short loop trail, no
bushwhacking required nor desired.
This is a simple
hike on a nature trail, find the box in the woods cache. Cache is
located 40 feet off of an established trail. On your trek you might
see deer, pheasant, rabbits, and other wildlife. I thought I had
spotted a turkey, but it turned out to be a friend of mine.
Keep an ear open and an eye pealed and
you may see a Red-Tailed Hawk or two.
The center is open
daily from 9 to 5. The road in may, make that, will be muddy after
a rain. Watch your kids for there are briars and thorns in
abundance.
