Located near Øksenøya in the Bærum area.
This cache will bring you to a place of relative peace, although it has not always been so peaceful here. You can also see new "earth" and landforms that have not always been in this area.
This geocache is also dedicated to many wings. Back in the “old days” the wings you could see here were quite a bit different than the wings you may see if you visit this geocache.

Legal and free parking can be found at: N 59 53.760 E 010 36.238
From here, you can follow a little trail into the area. Along the way, you may notice a little creek with iron rust sediment (a small environmental geology lesson). This supposedly drains a small dump which according to a local historian includes some bombed out German planes. (We wouldn’t encourage letting your pet dog or cockatiel to quench their thirst from this creek.)
(This cache is recommended to be visited at sunset. From here you can see wonderful sunsets!)
Please be careful in removing the cache. Also please reinsert this cache in the same manner as you found it. It is to be as little visible as possible. Muggler alert!!
