Geocache Description:

A micro cache set by an interesting piece of Dartmoor.

A cache set at a man made cave on Dartmoor known as the "potato cave". Associated with farmsteads, potatoes were stored in these underground chambers cut into the growan. These were dry, cool & frostproof.

You are looking for a 35mm film pot size. Car parking is available at N50° 30.364 W004°01.191. Take the walled track on the SE end of the parking area. The path leads to the cave passing the ruins of Middleworth & Deancombe Farms on the way. The path is wet & muddy in places so boots are recommended.
Enjoy the walk.
