The School house is where we gather each year for our Christmas get
together. Anna, my dad's mom, had 10 children, and each of them had
anywhere from four to eight children. I am Anna's granddaughter,
and there are actually 2 generations younger than me...
Needless to say...when we get together, there are a few of us. I
also discovered something today. They always say we just bring too
much food. Nope, nu-uh, no way. It's loaves and fishes with this
group...usually more goes HOME than arrived. You tell me how that
happens.
Well, guess what? There's a cemetary out back...just begging for
a cache, so I provided. And guess what else? This cache has
technically already been found, but I have a feeling you'll be okay
with that. I mean, I have two nieces who are already avid
geocachers, thanks to their grand dad (and me...), and now I think
I have a little cousin who just might be getting hooked. She worked
that GPS like a pro, and has a good eye for a hide. Of course, the
idea of "treasure" always appeals to the young ones, right?
You are looking for a 1 pound plastic blueberry container. (Any one
who has ever cached with Turtle knows that blueberry containers are
VERY common in our house.) Hidden in a pretty traditional way (easy
enough for a 7 year old to ferret it out pretty darn quick).
Started off with a couple Christmas items, but that's mostly
because it's Christmas time. Log book "says" it's an address
book...but pay no mind to that...use all the lines, and enjoy what
may be one of my first "spirit uplifting" cemetary caches.
