THIS IS A MICRO! BRING YOUR OWN WRITING TOOL. The soon to be center of Rio Rancho, NM. Off of Unser Blvd, North of Northern Blvd. The cache is a bit different, sort of a micro within a traditional. Not difficult to find.
PLEASE do not remove the cache from its' place. Cap should twist off without disturbing the cache.

Rio Rancho is GROWING! City Fathers have concluded that we need a City Center. Geographically that would be in an area now occupied by desert critters and vegetation.
A major sports arena is on tap to begin construction in 2005 in this area. The significance of this proposal is HUGE! I would like this cache to be a Photo Point. Even after I am forced to archive it people can still go to the coords and take photographs of changes the WILL occur.
I will attach Photographs of the 4 primary compass points within a few days. It is always interesting to monitor changes such as this, sometimes alarming though they may be
