Geocache Description:

This odd, little-known memorial to the Spanish American War is really in an out of the way spot.
I mean, why didn't they pick a corner of a nice park somewhere? On the side of the road by a golf course?

Surely the people who fought in this war deserve a better tribute than this.
Four very odd little stones,no explanation of anything, a weathered marker, and huge ant hills are all that commemorate these brave men.
Very strange, indeed.
Bring your own pen.
