A Walk with Alexandra Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team Crackers: This cache was muggled and the park has had a lot of changes since it was put out. Rather than replace it we have decided to re list it as a shorter 2 stage multi.

Geocache Description:

We do the Fireworks here every year for the Carols by Candlelight and often call in while visiting my brother in Great Western. We always enjoy coming here and would like to share this area with others. It’s an ideal place to break up a long drive or just let the kids let off some pent up energy. The clues will take you on a tour of this park

At the above co-ordinates you can start a self guided tour around the park. From the starting position go straight ahead looking for a military artifact.
What is the weight of this item = A B C D
From here follow the red brick road up past the glass house towards the toilets and stay on this track
Stopping at

S 37.16.781
E142.55.815
Enter the fernery and here you will find a plaque.
How many years is this plaque celebrating E F G Don’t forget to have a wander around the fernery before moving on

Now head to
S37.16.771
E142.55.789

You can get there through the fernery and rock tunnel, turn left (this way involves some steps) or take the flatter way and head back to the main path and follow your GPS. Here you will find a wooden seat. (at this point you are very close to one of the clues for The Fugitive, GC51AA )
ATTENTION
ssmc4 pointed out that the seat was missing, possibly for renovation. We will monitor the area and change the page to suit, in the mean time:
Count the number of rocks making up the semi circle and subtract 12 this will equal H

((Disregard this clue until further notice
How man pieces of timber did they use to make this seat? Multiply this by 2 = H))

From here head down past the playground, cross the red bridge onto the island and locate a small jetty
How many planks in this jetty = J K
L= ( J + 6) MN = ( F + 28)

Now you have all your answers you can head off to seek the cache that we have hidden in a more secluded area
