Nice walking trail west of Rockton. Handicap access to viewing platform. Open to XC skiing. Replaced the .50 cal ammo can with a brown painted long, metal can and moved cache west.
This is part of the Nygren Wetland Preserve. The preserve is over 700 acres and is where the Rock and Pecatonica Rivers meet. Part of the 2.5 mile trail follows an abandoned railroad right of way. Metal can cache.
