This is an old OFFSET CACHE. It was originally placed and approved as a traditional.
Well! Of all the rotten luck! The city crew came along and sawed of my cool focal point....so I have to change the procedure for finding this cache.
The coords above lead you to what used to be an unusual and obvious focal point. It was a short but large limb that pointed like a finger to the cache location. It was hollow and shaped on the end like a man's hand with the index finger extended. It was such an unusual shape that it was the first thing that you would notice when entering the park from the West. You should be able to see where it was. Stand with your belly button touching the remains of the focal point. Now, do an "about face" and you will be looking at the cache location. There are a couple of possibilities. Check them out and you will find the cache.
Watch out for aliens and glassy eyed trekkers who are trying to avoid radiation from nearby neutronium rocks.
