Scour Pud Murk Mystery Cache
Dingoes: I have decided to remove this cache after 5 years - don't want to contribute to any more wear and tear to the area. Thanks to all who solved the puzzle and left comments in the notebook.

For those who like a puzzle.
The cache is not located at the above co-ords (which is just some random place out in the ocean). It is located somewhere in the Perth metropolitan area. You will need to look at the clues below to work out where it is located, and then use your GPS to find it.
Cache currently contains a Pez dispenser & lollies, stress ball plus other stuff.
If people are having trouble working out where to look I will add more clues. No spoiler photos please.
The current clues are:
1) the title is a 2-word anagram (of a location name)
