Located in busy, but out of the way place.

In between running around shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, you can stop here and grab a cache !
At times there will be muggles around, be discrete. Try not to be too obvious as you search. Cache isn't too hard to find, so don't do any digging or disturbing of anything.
Difficulty will be in not having any hints, but there aren't alot of places to put a cache here, so use your geo-sense.
