To uncover The Goblet of Fire you will exercise almost all your powers as a geocacher. The premise for this cache is "X marks the spot."
The four corners of this "X" are coordinates that are given as clues in each of four caches around the valley. These four caches are:
The Whomping Willow -- Clue number one.
The Forbidden Forest -- Clue number two.
The Chamber of Secrets -- Clue number three.
The Herd of Hippogriff -- Clue number four.
Find these caches, gather the clues, draw your "X", and prepare for an adventure.
The coordinates listed for this mystery cache are the coordinates for a lookout that is within a mile of The Goblet of Fire. The final cache is rated a 4/4 for good reason. Come prepared with heavy boots, long pants, some drinking water, and a bit of time on your hands. This cache took me several days to create, altogether, and one would be hard pressed to find all four clues and the final cache in one day.
This would be an excellent cache to bring your dog on. There is a manmade watering hole less than 500 feet from the cache (it looks like a lean-to). Your dog can run, dig, and be free while you trod along looking for this cache.
If you record all of the clues correctly, the center of the "X" is the exact location of the cache. The final cache is a five gallon ammo container well camoflauged. It is stocked with some very desireable items, but the true treasure is being selected by The Goblet of Fire.
Bring your dog, he'll love it!
Sorry, no off-road vehicles allowed.
This cache will probably take about an hour.
There is an amazing view from up here.

This cache is available at all times (athough some are more sane than others).
Wear some long pants.
In the summer keep your eyes open, you never know.
There is free parking avaiable at the trailhead.
Bring your own water.
