Geocache Description:

Placed in honor of CarleenP's and Lep's visit to the Chicago area for the New Year.

A maintained path thru the forest will get you most of the way to the ammo can cache, but the final leg will be a bushwhack. During wet periods the terrain might approach 4 stars. Round trip is just under a mile.

Baker Forest Preserve is tucked along the east bank of Aux Sable creek. Parking is available off of Rt. 52
