Geocache Description:

This is micro (very small micro at that) located at Forest Lodge off Mountain Road. Due to the size of the container, please write small.

Forest Lodge tower is the last remaining architectural element from the 1880s resort hotel. The vision of John Cussons, the 1000-acre retreat boated a hunting preserve, lakes, boathouses, gardens, parklands and an amphitheater. The lodge itself stood six stories hight and had over 100 elaborately decorated rooms. The lodge was torn down in 1992, decades after its rooms became apartments and its parklands reverted to woods.
