The Hail to the Chief are a series of caches in Jefferson City Missouri that revolve around the number of streets in Jefferson City named after our greatest Presidents. Let your fingers do the walking on these caches. These urban caches will take more internet research than hiking. Most caches are micro-caches. All caches are near the parking areas or streets named for the Presidents. I hope you enjoy finding these caches as much as I did in creating them.

Woodrow Wilson was one of America's greatest Presidents. His domestic program expanded the role of the federal government in managing the economy and protecting the interests of citizens. His foreign policy established a new vision of America's role in the world. And he helped to make the White House the center of power in Washington. Most historians rank him among the five most important American Presidents, along with Washington, Lincoln, and the two Roosevelts.

His cache is located at N3A BC.DEF x W09G HI.JKL.
