We would like to cordially welcome you to the Boardman Travel Bug Lounge. We offer live entertainment nightly and drink specials on a regular basis and a comfortable environment for even the most uptight of Travel Bugs. With a very convenient location near downtown Traverse City, we hope to draw a regular crowd. There are several locations for parking at N44’ 45.765 W 085’ 37.5111 , or along union street bridge.
Please note that this is a Lounge, not a hotel. The proprietors will be keeping tabs on the length of stays for each bug and direct our security team to assist the bug in its journey.
Rules:
1. Please only take bugs whose goals you can help. Please don’t take any travel bugs whose goals do not jive with your short-term travel plans. We don’t want any customers leaving unhappy.
2. There is no limit to how many bugs to can take, please don’t be overly greedy though. The point of a travel bug is to travel.....lets let them do that.
3. Feel free to take and leave non-bug items. If the cache seems to be getting overloaded with them, please take enough to make room or email the proprietors.
4. Two drink minimum (don’t drink out of the river please)
5. No cover charge on Monday-Thursday
6. Please do not feed waterfowl or fishermen.
This Lounge is not meant to be a difficult find, its meant to facilitate the movement of travel bugs. The site is located in a spot that gets a lot of travel, especially in the summer months. You’ll also probably run into fisherman muggles during fishing season.
