Geocache Description:

Another cache within the Barossa Goldfields. This one is on the Lady Pearce Circuit and should take you only 40 minutes to reach it. A lovely spot to sit and listen to the Australian bush. While you are here, wander down and visit the billabongs in the South Para River below. There are several other caches in that direction to entice you down there.

I created this one as a multi purely to lead you along a desired path. Return any way you choose. I would recommend setting a MOB point at your vehicle's location. Not all the tracks are marked on the 1:50,000 Mt Lofty Map.

To get there, go to the above co ordinates and find the answers to the following question:

What is the Grid Reference for Gate 14? Split this into two 3-didgit numbers, A and B respectively. Calculate the next point by applying the following:

S34o 39.(A+948)
E138o 49.(B+116)

Here you will find two trail markers. Both have an identical 3-digit number (written in black texta) on them (for redundancy). This number is X. Calculate the final location of the cache by applying the following:

S34o 40.(X+77)
E138o 49.(723-X)

Cache is a Small, round container containing some simple swaps and of course, a log book. There is a pencil in there, but you would be wise to BYO pen.
