For December's meeting there will be a white elephant gift
exchange. The rules are as follows.
1. Gift must be between 20-30 dollars in value.
2. You may bring 1 gift per cache group or feel free to bring one
each. Up to you. If you are a caching couple or team we do not want
to stretch the budget for the holidays and understand that one
shared gift is more than enough.
3. You gift must be Geocaching, Hiking, Camping, or Outdoor
related. This will help everyone keep with a theme and be an item
that most if not all geocachers can use.
4. Each gift can be stolen up to 3 times it then becomes dead and
cannot be taken from the 4th person to get it.
5. Any and all LAME DUCK gits will be returned to the person that
brought it. Your gift will be numbered and your name logged when
you drop it into the stack. A LAME DUCK will be decided by those
present as to if it is appropriate and within the price guidelines
only if needed. This is a measure taken to insure that everyone
comes out near even and no one leaves feeling they brought a good
gift and got the lame duck.
MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER MEETING
The San Antonio GeoCaching Association
November 11, 2005
From the last meeting....Now with snappy
hats!!!
Anyone wishing to get the snappy SAGA hats, get in touch with
members of chaselori. At $10 a hat it's a total steal, and the hats
are really cool looking and are really durable. Come and get 'em.
Word has it there's only 10 hats left, so act fast.
Anthony is still looking for people to help with The
TexasChallenge for next year. People are needed in all areas of
organization. If you are interested in helping organize
TexasChallenge, or just want more information, contact
AnthonyV.
Lori of chaselori has come up with a really fun activity/cache
idea for all of us to take on as a team project. Hopefully Lori
will send out an email to you all soon about this project and what
you can do to help get it off the ground.
I would love for you all to come to the next meeting equiped
with some fun ideas for us to pursue as a group. Ideas for caches,
cache events, swag, charity activities we can take part in, you
name it. Let's brain storm and breathe some life into this group
now.
SAGA Bug Race updates are posted here.
