Geocache Description:

The cache is a small Tupperware container hidden in a Pocket area park named in honor of a former mayor of Sacramento. Access to the cache is a short distance from a paved walkway.

This dog-friendly and people-friendly park, shaded by heritage oaks, has an exercise station, a path for jogging and walking, a large grassy area, a playground, and picnic tables.

The coordinates will take you to a plaque which names a mayor and eight city council members. Use the information on the plaque to complete the coordinates for the final cache.

To find the missing numbers in the coordinates, add together the numbers associated with the city council members.

For the N coordinate: multiply that number by 19 and add the number associated with Councilman Chinn.

For the W coordinate: multiply that number by 20, add the number associated with the council member who later became mayor, and subtract 1.

The new coordinates will take you a short distance away to the cache site. The final coordinates were an average of several marks. Seasonal tree cover will make the cache site more difficult to pin down, but use your geo-sense. The cache is hidden in an obvious place.
