The cache is near the Las Vegas Speedway exit off of I-15. The fence and gate are now gone so it should be easy to get to. You also can get to the cache site by taking the I-215 Exit, heading north, and then turning right at Range Road. Follow that road to the railroad tracks. Then turn right onto the dirt road that parallels the railroad tracks heading east.
The cache container is a silver cigarette holder that was given to me last night at the VIP opening of the expanded Silverton Casino Lodge. I don't smoke. But the case makes a good cache container. The cache is a log only, although there is room for a few very small items.
