Sam's Cache Mystery Cache

This is a micro, log-only cache located north of Burlington's
waterfront. A handicapped person would probably have a little
difficulty getting to it. This cache follows the theme by Vermont
Driftwood.
The cache container is a bit smaller than a 35 mm film canister and
does not contain anything to sign the log with. Please bring your
own pen or pencil.
The posted coordinates for this cache will take you to Leddy
parking area, but not to, the actual location. The actual location
is roughly 1 mile from the Leddy parking lot. You must figure out
what the following image means to get the actual hiding
location.
