Geocache Description:

County Road 3281 is a loop off of Highway 103. This is a narrow one-lane road. We would suggest that you park just off Highway 103 on the east side of the loop (closest to Clarksville) instead of on the loop. Its a short walk to the cache from there.

County Road 3281 is known to locals as the Toby Loop. If you complete the loop, you will also see part of Toby Valley which is known for a creek that flows through the Valley. While in the area, you may want to consider the Harmony Church cache, the First Grave cache, and the Horsehead Creek cache.
