The meeting will be held as per last year in the marquee around the back of the pub.... so very children (and dog) friendly.....
As per last year you might find towards the end of the afternoon we might progress inside.....
The pub has a guest real ale on at all time for those who like 'proper beer !'

17.00 Most people now departed... I say most... Slytherin will still be here ! ITS HIS 50th BIRTHDAY !
FOOD ***
I have decided from general opinion that food shall be at the choice of yourself. There is a good (cheap) bar menu, but please be warned, its quite a small pub and if 50 cachers all want to eat at once, you could be waiting an hour to be served !
I understand that the landlord/lady will be putting on a BBQ for us on the day.
As someone below has mentioned in the logs below, the food is very good value and good quantities.
My advice is, as soon as you arrive, Book your food I will be !
MAIN FUN STARTS AT 2pm (14.00)
At 2pm a light hearted free to enter quiz will start, for those teams (everyone I hope !) who wish to enter.
After this the presentation of the prizes for the 2004 Travel Bug Race and I believe Slytherins CIN race will also end today.

2005 TRAVEL BUG RACE
As the 2004 TB race finshes a new TB race will commence, slightly different rules and with a different objective. More details on the day...
For those wishing to enter, there will be spaces on the day, but to judge numbers, can everyoneinterested please drop me an email so confirm if they want to enter.
The cost will be a TB (availiable on the day) but this will be subsidised at £3 per entry. I am standing the other part of the cost, which in total amounts to just over £5.
