As the name implies varying degrees of homework will be needed to resolve this cache.
Firstly you will need to decode the Vigenere cipher below, and to do this you will need to be in possession of a keyword.
The keyword is the place in Oregon that a container of goodies was placed near (Beginning with 'P'), on May 3rd, which led to the sport of Geocaching as we know it.

Having decoded the cipher you will find within it, something that when resolved will give the normal co-ord format and will lead you to the parking area. (No problem to the victors over the Durotriges)
