You are looking for a magnetic cache. Simple to get to, it is placed on the route to one of my early caches that, unfortunately, drowned in the great flood of '02! Bring your own pen.
The cache is located here and named appropriately for the way this area is developing. Look around and take a good look at what little of the natural part of this location is left - then look down both sides of the street. That's about as lame as it gets!
