Geocache Description:

Located in Veteran's Freedom Park off Harrison Ave in Cary, NC. Log only, bring your own writin stick!

Cache is located in a small park that was dedicated July 1, 2003. It is a very short walk from parking lot to cache location. Nothing special or dare I say evil about this cache. I placed this cache at lunch today, a Sunday. Yes, I was working. Like many in the military I work many weekends and holidays. I did something I do not normally do; I hid the cache while in uniform. Some will understand, others will not, the feeling that ran through me as I looked up from the hide, and saw the flag waving in the breeze. No matter your political views, please think of those who have served and those who are currently serving to protect your rights and freedoms. Remember: “All gave some, some gave all”.
