Along the N.B. Trail Next to the river in Woodstock
The N.B. trail seems to dead end here, as the old bridge does not completely span the river anymore. There is a great view of the river from here and a great view of the old train bridge structure. It is blocked off so you cant go on it as it is unsafe. So don't cross the gate and go on it!! You are looking for a Geodetic Marker here. Take the first two numbers and subtract it from 78. This will be xx. Take the last three and subtract from 267. This will be yyy. This is your northing co-ordinate.
