Note: August 29, 2006 - Cache revised. This
small cache is located within the borders of a large city
park very near a heavily used social trail. You will need to
negotiate some small hills to reach the site. Bushwacking
will not be necessary or helpful in finding the cache.
Thanks
The cache container is cameo 16 ounce drink
container, large enough to hold small trading items and small
travel bugs. It is snuggled amongst the dry leaves on top of
a Y shaped branch under the ivy canopy. Please replace it
just as you found it so that it will not be obvious to the
casual passerby.
The above coordinates will guide you to the cache itself. You will
be on a paved path for some distance before you will need to select
a dirt trail to proceed to the cache site. Satellite reception may
be less than desirable therefore we are providing clues. The cache
is located on the right side of trail when you are heading
southwest. Pass through the arch. Just as you are about to leave
you will notice an open area, great place to get a reading. Now go
back to where you see the exposed roots on the trail. Jump over the
downed tree and look up and south of where you are standing. Look
for the Y shaped tree branch. Reach your hand up and grab it. Then
please replace it carefully and cover it well to avoid it being
seen by muggles.
This is a heavily used area. Thanks! Enjoy!
