Because I will be moving around the end of March I wanted to have a chance to say hi and thanks to the cachers that have looked for the caches I have put out here.
12pm. Meet and greet and eat. If you have done all the caches in the area don't despair. I will have a few out just for the day of the Event. The hunt for them will be timed.
While not on the hunt we can trade stories of good and bad cache hunts and the sport in general.
If you care to assist or bring an item to use as a door prize it will be appreciated. Travel bugs are welcome.
Food will be potluck. I will have plates, utensils, cups, drinks and ice. If you can't decide what to bring then there is a BBQ place very close to the event.
4pm. Prize drawings.
Come early and/or stay late. I will be there by 10 am.
If you haven't done any of the Williston caches then you may want to come early before the event to log a few more numbers. If you are planning on coming earlier contact me. Several nearby restaurants available for breakfast.
2/23/5. The timed cache hunt can be done anytime on the day of the event. This will be a hunt for virtual caches. For this reason there will be staggered start times during the event to keep everyone from being at the same place at the same time. If you come early you can beat the rush and do it before the event.
