Another Tri-Cities Cache! Visit Atwater Park for a two stage multi.
The first Cache is a micro--locate the micro to obtain the coordinates for the next stage.
After all of the aggravation with reading my handwriting, it gave me an interesting idea to make this cache truly aggravating. I replaced the coordinates, however I listed three possible locations for the cache--theirin lies the official aggravation. You can either get lucky and choose the correct coordinates, or go in order. To make this more confounding I am adjusting the spoiler so that it will be more cryptic and not so location specific.
