A small cache set on the S.W. Coastal footpath, overlooking St.
Austell Bay. The path can get very muddy and is not suitable for
bikes, pushchairs or wheelchairs.
The cache is a small white container. It has room for small
exchange items (key rings etc.) .
The cache is situated about half a kilometre from the car park on
Par Beach (N50º20.900, W004º41.400) and overlooks a small
rocky cove called “Little Hell”.
The shortest route to the Coastal footpath is across a bridge at
N50º20.761, W004º41.394 and then onto a rocky outcrop and up
a narrow path (see photographs)
Looking out across Par Sands towards Par Harbour, Killyvarder Rock,
with its marker pole is clearly visible.
The cache is on the side of the path so please make sure it is well
hidden before you leave.
