Geocache Description:


This is an easy urban cache with the intent of sharing Escondido’s new carillons with our fellow Geocachers. In December of 2004 the Hidden Valley Kiwanis Club gave the city a carillon which chimes on the hour between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Kiwanis is a non profit service organization with special emphasis on children. Kiwanis also is involved in many community projects. The club is especially proud of the carillons because it is a gift to the entire city. Try to come on the hour and listen to the bells.
